This doesn't look promising... Putin talks about "destroying the enemy" and treating captured Ukrainian soldiers like "terrorists" while dressed in fatigues. No ceasefire then.

Hmmm!! A seriously dangerous mentally disturbed woman!!
This is another example of why we need more HIGHLY SECURED mental health care facilities whereby these individuals can be placed involuntarily for good mental health care!!
