Everyone gets to spend their fraction of the state budget so that EVERYONE GETS WHAT THEY WANT. Everyone gets a seat at the table and each table is protected from the other tables. Then reality can demolish the imbeciles and allow rational people to excel.
If citizens make the laws, the treachery will stop.
